What living circumstances do I want?

• I don't want to have to own a car.
• I want to be able to walk to work (or ride a bike if I choose...).
• I want a small simple, clean, place to live with ample water pressure, reliable internet connection, adequate heating and air conditioning, and laundry hook ups.
• I want supermarkets, drug stores, gyms, and coffee shops to be within walking distance of my home.
• I want plenty of reliable public transportation to be available.
